within_darkness Hmm, not the easiest question. I find myself the most into their first three albums, or somewhere between Ravendusk/Phantom, to be precise. The debut still remains my favorite record to this day, so I'd go for Ravendusk. Will pass through them again these days when I'm in the mood, that's a fine reminder.

Nah, Katatonia is something that is REALLY not my thing, actually :D Pretty much because I can only listen to their first records, not so much the latter works. They lost me as a fan long time ago, if I ever was such. Diabolical Masquerade is way more preferable though!

Hmm, I vouch for The Mantle, my favorite by them. I recommend Gallowbraid to every Agalloch fan recently, so I'm not gonna make an exception this time, too :D Check it out, you might enjoy it.
