    according to Wikipedia he's not on the album I have, In My Element. I've heard good things about him though. Not sure if he's on the album Glasper released this year. looks like it'd be a great gig. there was an interesting youtube vid I saw where he said he's in the unique situation as a modern jazz muso where his competition is dead guys. like, he'd release an album and top iTunes jazz charts briefly but within a month Kind of Blue or something is #1 again. i'm kinda part of the problem lol. I've bought Olé, Crescent and Karma off amazon. thinking about that Vanguard boxset you were talking about, or the Bill Evans Vanguard collection

    haha yeah. My knowledge of theory is pretty basic anyway. I remember I got stuck playing the same minor pentatonic stuff all the time. And I was always frustrated with how sloppy I was. Tell you another awesome vid you've probably seen - Giant Steps notated.
