This is some bizarre Japanese spammer who has been harassing me and my friends at LiveJournal for literally years, with message after message after message in Japanese written to someone else. I have had to disallow anonymous comments at LJ altogether; this person has now found my profile here and appears to be doing the same thing again. Fortunately on last.fm there are privacy controls that let you block particular users at http://www.last.fm/settings/inboxoptions/ so if this person starts harassing you too, at least you can block them. I have no idea what his/her game is; it's increasingly annoying.
