Aha, well it always gets me curious when something weird like that happens. I remember I got a free CD in the UK magazine Classic Rock (I think it's published for an expensive import cost in Canada too), years ago. And it had a song by a Canadian band on, which I loved. I looked around, impossible to find it - their album was on a local label in BC, they'd never even got national, and the band had split up. Found it randomly in a bargain bin after about 4 years of looking out for it. And yeah, I do American & Canadian Studies as a degree :p

I was just randomly surfing Big Linda fans, as they were a band that coulda been huge and never were. I saw a Canadian and got curious - how did a Canadian find out about them?! Seems a bit unlikely! (I take a special interest in Canada as I study it and have friends/family there).
