thanks a bunch. that is a real treat for me to find out. these guys are side project busy. their band page is great...pay what you think...anyway i will give it a better listen tomorrow but on another note i see you've been listening to the suburbs...which i didn't know was available...and now i may have gotten my hands on it. it's late for excitement but i have some for that. thanks again and goodnight

yes! i was really excited about that too. i can't remember how i found out about them...i feel like it was a last fm recommendation, no, no, maybe it was someone else on my list who liked the pomegranates. i have another album too, 'i will come back as a volcano' let me know if you want it!

great year end list you've compiled, some of my absolute favorites in there and that gem of a pomegranates album which i just wanted to share with the whole world this year. i'm about to listen to Toro Y Moi, i think it will be good.

About Me

My Tumblr

[Nigel is playing a soft piece on the piano]
Marty DiBergi: It's very pretty.
Nigel Tufnel: Yeah, I've been fooling around with it for a few months.
Marty DiBergi: It's a bit of a departure from what you normally play.
Nigel Tufnel: It's part of a trilogy, a musical trilogy I'm working on in D minor which is the saddest of all keys, I find. People weep instantly when they hear it, and I don't know why.
Marty DiBergi: It's very nice.
Nigel Tufnel: You know, just simple lines intertwining, you know, very much like - I'm really influenced by Mozart and Bach, and it's sort of in between those, really. It's like a Mach piece, really. It's sort of...
Marty DiBergi: What do you call this?
Nigel Tufnel: Well, this piece is called "Lick My Love Pump".
