It's actually the same for me. I've seen some of old bands only quite recently. For the Xymox case, the sound was awful and they were not cool with New Model Army (who played just before and which is a band that I love) so... :S You see. ;)

Yeah you should ask them to take a look at your schedules before planning anything ;) Otherwise well hmm I'm going to see Front 242/New Model Army/Dive and Project Pitchfork (and Clan of Xymox and other stuff like Apoptygma Berzerk ... gloops) this week end in Paris. We have a kind of goth festival... :S

it was the 12th time I saw them... and I'm not american so come on ! :) Anyway yesterday was disappointing, new tracks are great but the guys were not into the gig (problems with the voice, weird audience etc.) so the set was really short (about 45mn), but try to see them once. The new album is really good.
