I heard Semi-Impressionism a while back but I seem to no longer have it on my computer, I think I'll order it actually because the samples I just listened to are great! I haven't heard any of Lambkin's solo work but I dig his stuff with Jason Lescalleet. to change the subject what are some good sources of gamelan now that holywarblers are resting in pieces? I spent yesterday afternoon downloading everything from different waters and the closet of curiosities that was still up.

Def the weirdest part of the album. A lot of eai-type stuff goes way over my head still, but there are a few albums I really like. Have you heard In Search of Wild Tulips?

The first time I listened to it was on headphones and I quickly got sidetracked into a conversation with a roommate, but I left my phones on and as the footsteps got louder I became more and more terrified. I don't know if he noticed. Erstwhile will fuck with your head, man.

Herzog On Herzog is my scripture. The best book I've ever read. I have Of Walking Ice, his diaries from when he walked to Paris when Lotte Eisner was dying, but I havent read it yet
