I've already seen TMBG and JoCo before (TMBG 2 times). RE: Your Brains is super fun in concert but nothing could have been beating Arghhing along with Paul and Storm's "The Captain's Wife's Lament " with special guest Bill Corbet and Kevin Murphy or seeing Niel Gaimen recite a verse of Creepy Doll! I'm not much an autograph/crowd person So I didn't bother with getting one from TMBG at the first concert (didn't stay to long either due to 1st Ave's management) but the second concert they were apparently on a tight schedule so they didn't do autographs anyway.

I'll probably only be able to get to 1 or 2 of those events, there's so much playing here in the next two months it's kinda insane (and hard to come up with the cash/time to see it all). Not that I'm complaining (makes up for a really slow summer) and Last.fm hasn't even posted the Jonathan Coulton concert I'm going to in late October.

Peace, saw that you're a Perceptionists fan and thought you might dig the vibe of my podcast this week. I play Old School hip hop, B-Sides, remixes and UnderGround gems!! I also have a bonus show with a live old school performance from Akrobatik & Mr. Lif up this week too. Check it ...http://nittygrittyradio.podbean.com/ Peace!!

Heh, thanks to your live local late-breaking tag I wouldn't have notice Bonnie Rideout is streamable. Thanks! We've accumulated a pile of her CDs via years of Renfest visits.

That sounds right up my alley. :) Thanks for the rec! I'm checking it out now and will see if I can track down a copy.

Well you see, someone asked me what my name was, so I said, "I am Audi 5000". That is pretty much it. I see you like MC 900 Ft Jesus, which brings back memories.

hey I noticed that you checked out Martians Ate My Gramma's homepage and I suggest that you listen to Possible Interlude and that you spread the word about MAMG

I was wondering, what does "tag auditions" mean? =)

About Me

'I say in speeches that a plausible mission of artists is to make people appreciate being alive at least a little bit. I am then asked if I know of any artists who pulled that off. I reply, "The Beatles did."'
