That's sweet that you were in the spot where Nashville Skyline was recorded. I got to venture inside the Capitol tower back in January and those are some walls I'd love to hear talk. Skyline's a great record, but I'm still a Highway 61 man at heart. :)

Well, she was certainly right. The combined guitar work of Tom Verlaine and Richard Lloyd make me all tingly in all the right places! Plus, Verlaine is such a brilliant song writer. And his voice, my god. He's a true genius. Do you collect Rolling Stone's? From when they were good? :-) I used to have a bunch that got tossed during a move. Still pissed!

Ah! You saw Jonathan Richman live? *girlie squeal* I am SO envious. I bet it was absolutely amazing. Yep, last.fm is fantastic for reconnecting with old favorites, as well as discovering new. I see a lot of stuff on your list I'm gonna have to check out.

I'm surprised I didn't think of it earlier, myself. We can give each other music recommendations now. :-) I can't believe I forgot about this site for so long. Been a member for a year and a half and less than 1000 tracks scrobbled! Pathetic!
