Saw a few spaghetti westerns as a kid, but didn't really get into them at the time. I was more into fairytales than cowboys & indians. ;) Plus, I didn't even know who the actors were, much less the composers - the only composers I knew of were classical ones. (I had piano lessons.)

You're welcome, glad you are enjoying Written in Blood. Such beautiful stuff. The series really got me into Ennio Morricone.

Hey friend! Do you like spooky music around this time of year, or any time? You might get a kick out of these atmospheric horror soundtrack compilations - I absolutely adore them: http://ghostcapital.blogspot.com/search/label/written%20in%20blood (No risk, they're free.)

Thanks gelliddewi! Sorry my blog has been dead for so long, but glad you enjoyed it. Hey, I wish I could teleport you here for the show. And I hope someday I make it to Wales. My ancestors are largely Welsh but I know next to nothing about Wales compared to England or Scotland. Someday!
