I'm a frightful name dropper and bragger. Still I'm sure you see it for what it is, something to elevate me from life's daily tedium. Got up, went to work, watched TV went to sleep etc.

I've been working so long at home tonight that I shouted to myself instead of you -on my page, if you would care to take a look.

Saw Jenny Eclair at the Edinburgh Festival about 8 years ago. Up close, like 10 ft from the stage. Her act was filthy. She was wearing a bikini. Her legs and nether regions were very much on show. The legs were the colour and texture of spam.

I wasn't thinking of something as sensitive as your feelings, I was talking about "getting the horn". Yes to the Avengers music. I was and am more of a Diana Rigg fan that a Purdey one. But I would have to be batting for the other side not to appreciate the Lumley. Liked both the original and the New Avengers version. Yes, I hope you have a pleasant Yuletide. If you ever watch the Grumpy Guides to Xmas, you will know that it will probably be a "quiet" one.

You seem to have had an amazingly switched on libido for a pre teen, back in the seventies. Having said this I loved UFO when it was repeated in the eighties. Some of the programmes you are referring to were really early seventies, UFO was made originally in the sixties I believe, though of course we would have seen repeats. Sapphire and Steel I think in retrospect was pure bollocks but of course was really only a vehicle for Ms Lumley. What about the New Avengers? Sweeney was on I think around my bedtime. I watched a repeat recently and was pleasantly surprised, the violence was good- ironically.

Such is the geography of the UK we only have a slight dusting of snow. I am sadistic about the weather and always laugh when other parts of the UK are under blizzard conditions, flooding etc obviously not as funny. I think this is because I used to live in Edinburgh, Hull and Doncaster and miss GB and have to come up with some reason for being back in NI. As for JCVD there seem to be a number of people congregating round that listener with JCVD avatars= v. strange.

It's about time you actually admitted to the fact that you own a Retro Foods Company. As for Madge, there was a great documentary about a thug called John Binden who had a dalliance with her. So good in fact if I did one of those takeover TV evenings it would be the central plank of the whole event. That is, along with a "Ripley's believe it or Not" documentary about a man who was a guinea pig for non Lethal weapons. The show kind of went along the lines of the guy moaning in total agony- "That Tazer was excrutiatingly painful, but the Pepper spray in my eyes, was hell on earth". It wasn't supposed to be funny, but it was.

That's not a member of royalty is it? Our correspondance on Tufty has brought up some interesting ads in my Google mail. They're suggesting I might be interested in "Hutches","Road Safety" and "Foot Gait Analysis".
