Heh, you’re right, it is bloody amazing to review and interview bands, especially if they’re one of my favs. I got lucky with getting some writing jobs with a few magazines and then won a talent contest run by the BBC and it all spiralled into madness from there! :D Ah I’m still a bit gutted I didn’t make it to GIAN this year, it’s always good fun! Went to Slam Dunk in Leeds though and they had an awesome line-up for their Atticus Stage – The Blackout, Story of the Year, Fightstar, Brigade, Flood of Red, etc – was amaze!
