Hello. I am home now. It was such a short trip but well worth they money. I pretty much bought a ticket to see At The Drive-In at coachella and boy did they deliver. The Hives were also fantastic at their own show and at coachella. Man that festival was hot! I knew it would be warm but I was not expecting it to be as bad as it was. The Belly Up Tavern is a fantastic venue by the way. I wish we had more like that in Melbourne. It's funny you should mention the Twerps as well because I just uploaded another recording I made of them. I'm hoping you might know a few of the unknown songs on it. Also, if you're interested in recordings of them I have an unreleased recording of them playing at a radio station near me.

djmackenzie Thanks Esther. I'm looking forward to the Close Lobsters and Lightships gigs. Both are in small, intimate venues in Glasgow. Close Lobsters have such a great "jingle jangle" guitar sound which I'm a real sucker for, and as a huge TFC fan I've been waiting on Gerrys' solo album for years and it doesn't disappoint. Very laid back melodies and perfect for listening to on lazy Sunday afternoons. You have great music taste, nice to see another Coral fan. Very underrated in my opinion with Roots & Echoes my favourite album of theirs and full of great tunes.

Including "Girl Vertiginous", the BSP-related name I made up a few months back. I better register my unique username(s) I could think of ASAP on ALL social media....that is if I ever think of any good ones. Lucksmithgirl I like because I do love the Lucksmiths a lot.
