What to say, always loved music, but ever since I learnt to play bass at age 20 it's gone into overdrive. After self teaching myself every song I ever thought was cool I have a love hate relationship with people who really like music, it's not like I think the technical proficiency of a band makes or breaks a song, I love driving 3 chord songs and guttural lyrics as much as the next person, no its more the fact that any pop music makes me feel physically sick. I can't stand boring music, music with no soul, music that makes me want to switch off, music that tells me exactly how the next 3 minutes are going to be after the first 20 seconds, it should be banned.
I listen to music all day every day, when I wake up, on my way to work, at work, on the way home and then when I get home I unplug and play some acoustic guitar, stomping bass or elegant piano, whatever the mood takes me.
