pretty OTT. I was half expecting Brian May to turn up and do some cheesy guitar licks. Chrome Hoof in support were better

I haven't actually listened to maudlin of the well that much...is there an album you'd recommend? Kayo Dot should be good..I've only got the first album...I think its stunning, but I still have to be in the mood. Oh and the event is on the 1st of November. I'm actually supposed to be going to Korea around that time, so I'm hoping the two don't clash. Btw, I rec. that ppv I'm banging on about below. Watched it last night. I didn't realise DG was THAT fast.

Hey Garz, just to let you know, the DG tickets arrived today. I think we got pretty lucky because they're third row, kind of near the middle, and on the other side of the entrance ramp (so facing it), which is perfect. Oh and the DG USA PPV (acronym overload) is floating around on the interwebz too if yous interested.

TBH I've only really properly listened to the first three albums. I really like Kveldssanger, the folk album. As for more recent stuff, I seem to remember Perdition City being good. It's on Spotify.
