Hi, you were asking about "のうしんとう"? That is read, "Nohshintoh" /No Shin Tow/. I've got tracks with both Japanese and Roman characters, so it's confusing. I can't decide which is best. I think they are a very unusual band. They "rock" :-), but not in the usual sense of "Rock" music. :-) One reason I like them is because of their "in-the-moment" attitude toward playing and performing. They're very 'tight but loose' in the way Led Zeppelin was, but they don't sound like rock or blues. I'd never heard of most of the records/tapes they have. Think, German 70s/80s new wave + New York Underground "No Wave" + 70s Jamaica + Japanese alcohol shamanism. Pass it on! :-) I like them because they really make me move my feet, but they don't pretend.... here, listen to some of their live tracks. http://www.archive.org/details/Nohshintoh Even though they're playing some of the same songs, there is a noticeable transformation from the 2004 shows to the 2009 shows. Who knows what's next? - Cheers :-)

Great charts; more jam-heavy than mine, but definitely some common factors(Avetts, MMJ).

thanks man, we listen to a lot of the same artists. You can't go wrong with lotus they put on amazing shows! I'm currently in love with their New years Eve Show (Dec. 31 2009 @ electric Factory in Philadelphia) if you get a chance you must listen.
