Spiritualized opened an Aug 96. outdoor show in a field north of Toronto on a very hot sunny day followed by Oasis with Neil Young headlining. It was absolutely phenomenal, but there were no balloons.

The Lightning Bolt records are weird... one of them I know was mixed direct to 2-track DAT in their house... You record anything that way and drums aren't going to sound like drums on other records. Give into what it is and you'll have a good time. Make sure you see them when they come through your town!

Well the Horrors feels like years ago, they were all right. Pretty tight. Wasn't blown away and the set wasn't very long. Just been to see Deerhoof who were amazing.
