Hey dear, we don't speak that often on MSN, but I've just realized something you're bound to like : there's been a Spongebob Squarepants song pack released in Rock Band ! :P 3 songs for 2.50 $ ! Don't know if you really know any of them, but there's "The Best Day Ever", "I Can't Keep My Eyes Off of You" and "Where's Gary?". :P Wouldn't have paid full price, but that cheap? Count me in for the LOLs ! :D

Did you attend Alamo Bowl in 2005 with Michigan marching band when the Wolverines played Nebraska? Just asking because I was there as a Nebraska fan:)

Yes, many Xmas CDs lately. Also the new Slipknot, Sixx Am, NK's Rethroned, and others. NIghtmare revisited is not bad. A few tracks are kinda weak, but most are alright. Manson, Korn, and Amy Lee are probably my 3 favorite ones, but that's no surprise since that's the genre I tend to like anyways. Lemme know if you want a copy.

Hi! Dragonforce was a ton of fun! I was almost not going to go that night because of the snow but I'm glad I went. I thought that Turisas put on a better show. I just remembered that you probably went too when a Sabaton song randomly came on last.fm, I love that band too. Damn I'd like to go to progpower but all my friends are boring... :/ Hmm Maybe I can start asking I have a few months.. I was just about to leave work and it's suddenly playing some pretty amazing freaking songs. Sentenced: Vengence of Mine, awesome. I loved the Funeral Album. :/

Sweet, dragonforce concert. I'm planning on going. I haven't even heard their last cd, but I like Turisas and Powerglove more anyway. The dredg concert was cool a few weeks ago, though I haven't been to many concerts lately. I kind of don't like going down to Detroit as parking is so expensive, almost cost as much as the concert to park down there, but for RO it should be good, as long as the weather isn't too horrible.

No, the only place I went to in Cleveland was the Agora Ballroom and it sounded good went I went. I was disappointed at Harpos at the Nightwish concert during Paradise Lost's set as it seemed like you couldn't even hear him sing, what a mess, but NW was good. Otherwise most shows I've went to have been good.

I bet that Amorphis/Leaves' Eyes concert in Cleveland will be awesome. Sucks they're not coming to Detroit, I'm not sure if I know anyone else who would go.

About Me

I live in southeast Michigan, USA. I am an alumna of the University of Michigan, where I work as a researcher in applied linguistics. I speak English y hablo español. My music tastes are pretty broad - if it has nice instrumentals or a good beat, I'll probably dig it - but I really like metal (especially from Scandinavia), pop/rock, alternative, classical, cover songs, and stuff with interesting time signature changes. I played trumpet for a dozen years, four of those years being in the Michigan Marching Band, and in April 2009 I picked it up again. I also can play piano a bit. The all-metal playlist on my computer is over six days long. =) I LOVE going to concerts - check out my recent events.
