Funny, I remember liking some of their first album's stuff but thought their sophomore LP was pretty bland (except apparently that song I mentioned, which I can't even recall off-hand, haha). But if y'want another band to obsess over, you'd like XTC -- they have that jangly pop sensibility that's right up your alley.

I dunno what kind of treatment it would get -- the other reissues seemed to have cleaned out the archives pretty well. Maybe there'd be extra live material or something, like on Luxe/Reduxe or Slow Century.
