The mixing on the live album is really good. It's surprisingly close to sounding like the album, actually, plus it's just really cool to hear how they change things live. Getting the DVD is well worth the price of buying the live album, anyway... oh, and I've temporarily lost internet at home, so I'll get the first two tracks of the studio album to you soon.

Actually, never really listened to As I Lay Dying. One of my best friends, who's also pretty much into all of the music that I'm into, loves them though. If you want a recommendation for a godly album, though, do yourself a huge favor and get "Colors" by Between The Buried And Me. It's freaking epic, and I don't think you'll be disappointed.
