I'm about to start a new project, and since the place I work standardizes on Microsoft, I'll choose ASP.NET MVC. MS is not my favorite, but at least I'll get to use an MVC framework and use jQuery. So do you work on web apps on the internet or intranet? I work for an IT shop of a corporation, so all I do is intranet. Sometimes I think its more fun to work on internet apps. Nevertheless, I'm just glad that lots of time, I can put on my ear buds and listen to music while I work :)
Never heard of CodeIgniter before. Is it like Ruby on Rails? Last PHP framework I tried was CakePHP. No, I haven't started using Google+ yet. Only thing I wish they would include in IOS SDK is some sort of SOAP toolkit. For REST, I started using the open source RestKit, which is very nice for JSON. What's your favorite JA album? For me, it's definitely Baxter's. I don't like their post-Marty stuff that much, though I'm not really a Marty fan.
I do some web development myself, mostly backend stuff with ASP.NET and Java. I like JavaScript as well. Been doing some IOS lately. The syntax takes some getting used to, that's for sure! What languages/frameworks do you work with for web apps?
I saw your shout about coding to JA, interesting. I do that sometimes too. I think JA makes very good background music. So what sort of stuff do you code?
