I just wanted to let you know that there is a growing group of last.fm users, which I am representing, that is compiling a list of tags that should be forever banned, with also a proposal to allow voting on tags (much like the system for pictures) that after so many negative votes, the tag gets banned. Once we compile the list, we're going to start up a petition and send it out to all the moderators - don't expect this anytime soon, there is tons of tag abuse. We're also compiling a list of users who abuse the tag system and pages with severe tag abuse issues. I'm a veterinarian that is currently studying to become a pathologist at Colorado State University. There is only one way to stay sane while staring into the bright lights of a microscope and that is to listen to great tunes. When I'm not studying, or working, I am enjoying my music, movies, and the great outdoors of Colorado.
