I've realized that I never addressed your old shout; sorry to hear that you've had to slide away from the music scene, but congratulations on entering your service. Truly, two years sounds like a much longer time-frame than it actually is. I wish you the best of luck with your endeavors. // I'll agree that the new Dredg pales in comparison to everything they've ever done... but Movmou was a disappoint, too? Yikes. I've yet to listen to Waves, but I plan on going into it with an open mind. I've heard that it's different, but oh-so good. // Played the Simple Math stream once, and enjoyed it a fair deal. I think I need to give my quality download a listen with undivided attention before I can come to a final verdict. // The new TWDY left me awestruck. Really didn't know what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised. Also agree with your MSW opinion: I had Such high expectations for that album, and I feel like it certainly delivered. And then some.

Hahaha! I was actually very happy that the National canceled because I really want to see them live and I wasn't able to afford tickets at that time. Currently addicted to High Violet. Great, great album. Oh yeah, Deftones were amazing! Saw them in Feb.
