Well the show was a bit different than Phil Collins. I was shadowing a ska show and making fun of a former DJ that the radio station had. The former DJ played a punk show and would have the Phil Collins song of the week, so we put on the Phil Collins song of the week for the ska show. Completely random, but whatever :)

I've seen The Final Cut and absolutely loved it. To a point where I watched the VHS version of the original international release of the 1982 film. I guess the major differences were the removal of character narration and the removal of the "Happy Ending" which the studio forced on the original film. The Final Cut is much better, you aren't missing anything. Ridley Scott did a good job with that version :)

I just say "don't laugh" because it isn't really a conventional favourite movie for allot of people, it wasn't received well upon release and failed at the box office - which by no means is necessarily an indication on the "goodness" of a film, but yeah - it's certainly a cult classic.

Now that I think about it, I have seen Rear Window, Vertigo and Citizen Kane, all of which are older than 12 Angry Men (the latter being MUCH older). Anyway I'll take up your recommendation of Paths of Glory and The Killing - I love noir and war. What's your favourite film btw?

I heard Jeremy growing up, then I didn't hear from them much because I was a bit too obsessed with STP, Silverchair, and Smashing Pumpkins when I was 7. 3 bands was enough to listen to for me at that time, so after Jeremy, I didn't hear anything else until AFTER I heard Creed, when I heard the rest of Ten. Creed destroyed my possibly getting into Pearl Jam, but I want to give them another chance. Any suggestions on where to start?
