About Me
Hello, my name is Danielle and I enjoy power, black, thrash, death and doom metal. Also grindcore, some alternative/pop bands, and classical composers. Favourite band: Anaal Nathrakh/Mistress. Also enjoy: Being grim and necro, long walks on the beach (I do live by the sea), drinking strongbow.
One interesting thing about me: I am diagnosed with mild OCD. This basically means I have to do certain things otherwise I get anxious etc. Example: When I go to bed, I have to count out 67 finger taps at a particular spot on my bed (67 is my favourite number, for its harsh beauty and the fact it is prime). I find doing this very relaxing. If I don't complete this ritual I'm worried I won't fall asleep.
Also, I strongly connect days of the week to colours. Monday is blue, Tuesday yellow, Wednesday is weakly connected to blue/purple, Thursday is green and Friday is red. I have to wear at least one thing of the appropriate colour on these days, and again if I don't do this it stresses me out.
And there's lots of other weird stuff I find myself doing like obsessively ordering my album collection.
