Heliosonic That bloody bastard! :D He always knows to recommend me so much awesome music. Gothic Americana is very cool genre, there's a lot of cheesy stuff but there's also some marvellously grim and dark themed crossover music and there's more upbeat stuff like the things Munly is involved with. This album Cipher is really damn good. Thanks again for mentioning it!

Yeah Decon definitely exceeded my expectations on the first listen, and subsequently. I still can't believe it's that good. Yeah I love how songs like Stand reference to Ki musically and fragments of lyrics from Addicted hidden in some of the Decon songs. I haven't tried listening to all four in a row yet. I'll wait until I get the physical discs for Ki and Addicted (been living off the downloaded versions, I feel guilty), then I'll do it. Deconstruction = definitely my favourite album this year so far, possibly my favourite this decade too.
