It's different in Turkey, because nsbm didnt make a cultural explosion in here like northern europe. There are really a few(hopefully) national socialist black metal bands(Ya rly we are so fucking turkic man! blah blah), but as i said before there many anti-religious bands and mostly make shitty music. Fortunately in underground scene %60 of bands are in death metal or melodic black metal and mostly they good ^__^

Hello, fellow Rockers & Metallians!
Thanx for visiting my page. A few words 'bout myself. My name is Pavel Borovikov, a lecturer of MSLU (Minsk State Linguistics University). I'm lecturing English & country studies (of english-speaking countries). I'm 24, born in Minsk, Belarus
I've been keen on metal since 1995. My first real metal album heard was Master Of The Rings by Helloween. Then like majority of CIS metalheads I've switched to Ария - "the russian Iron Maiden" as they call them. After entering university I've begun discovering various other bands and metal genres. I consider myself an orthodox metallist - I'm pretty reluctant to accept various hybrid genres, still there are some exceptions.
My all-time favourate is Power Metal and my all-time favourate band is Helloween.
Others are: Progressive Metal (Queensryche), Heavy Metal (Iron Maiden), Hard Rock (Deep Purple) & Art Rock (Eloy). But, to be honest I like the whole spectre of metal genres.
Besides, I do appreciate good Jazz, Blues & Classical Music
I hate alternative including punk, grunge etc., except one band - Rage Against The Machine.
