Listen to them I shall. With finals coming up and me currently focusing a lot on black/death and wanting to hear random dls I those 2 might have to wait a couple weeks though D: Hmm, how bout I only listen to those songs then? :P haha, nah I wouldn't do that.

Just got back. U.S. Christmas was absolutely and unexpectedly mezmerizing and extremely powerful- 3 guitarists, 2 drummers, 1 bassist, 1 violinist, and one guy playing djembe. Even considering their tiny, beardy bassist, Earthless were massive for a 3-piece, their power-to-bandmate ratio providing the equal antithesis to USX's thesis. But for it all, Baroness was the synthesis. Singularly probably the best performers I've seen live to date. I was front row, close enough to John Baizley to be occasionally splatter with beard-juice when he got really into his vox. The guy honestly weirded me out a bit by wearing a cut-off WitTR t-shirt, but it started to make sense once I noticed the Sacrilege (UK) and His Hero Is Gone patches on one of his guitarstraps. He seemed like a long-stander in the punk world, and likely identified with their ethos when he played with them at the Scion Rock Fest, if he hadn't heard them before.

That was a pretty interesting album to say the least, but I'm not so sure on the extent of my enjoyment of it. I kept getting distracted throughout it D:

District 9 was a very good film but I think it was a bit overly serious at some point

I definitely recommend you get them on amazon, they're way cheaper there. they're pretty big, but not all that heavy actually. and the fit is tight, since they're meant to cancel noise through a tight seal, but the only time it gets uncomfortable is when I'm wearing glasses, and even then it's not bad. and the sound is really good; definitely lets you hear the subtle differences in high-quality bitrates.

Dimmu, Cradle, Behemoth, and In Flames are all in his top ten with Night Wish, Nile, and Porcupine tree rounding it out to a complete loss. I don't think anything I said to him would have any effect other than possibly having him report me.
