Eh, it hasn't been as exciting as I hoped it'd be, but I'm gonna change that soon. :P It's really nice going to school with mature adults and being treated like you have brain cells though. haha. I'm going to be 19 tomorrow, so that's kind of weird. I'd rather stay 18 til I'm 21. lol. And eeeh, sorry you lost your job. But congrats on finding a high paying one again. :)

I've been battling lower back issues for years due to an old snowboarding accident. Then last winter it flared up a little bit and instead of taking time off... I went snowboarding. 3 days later I could hardly walk. Tough lesson learned for sure. Anyways thanks for the tip on Linkedin. She's just collecting a severance package and some unemployment for the time being. Lucky her, she gets to stay home and get paid. But I'll be making sure she gets back into the work force pretty soon trust me.

I'm sorry to hear you got laid off but glad to hear you started working again. I've also had a pretty tough year too. My wife got laid off as well. On top of that, I ruptured a disc in my lower back that required surgery. I was in extreme pain for months and had to quit my band of 5 years. But things are good again. Surgery worked, I'm healthy again, back at the gym and playing drums. Hope all is well with you too.
