Well I pirated it too, but I don't think it matters. Oblivion was quite a lagfest as well. And what irks me is that I bought a new graphic card and still nothing improved, I really don't have a bad configuration.

Yeah, it's really great, aside the lag, but that's probably not their fault. I've found some bugs though. Nevertheless, it's addictive, and I like the new interface, and perks and lockpicking from oblivion ;)
