My guess is they didn't plan on doing her face at all, until someone spotted the eerily gigantic Tali thread(s) in the Bioware forums and thought it might be good to appease them. But with this level of dedication they might as well have dropped it. My problem with the ending was that it didn't seem like a victory at all when the galactic community is destroyed like that. But I guess at least with the controlling the reapers and that silly biotech evolution ending they'd surely find a way to fix it. And wow, that Chobot woman. Now that's one completely fucking pointless waste of time. Just look at how much more detailed her model was compared to the stock characters, and for what? A couple of boring interview cutscenes? Talk about fucked up priorities. But I guess she'll give the game top scores at least, huh.

Enjoy. Okay, so I see the deal with the Collector rifle was that additional codes powered it up somehow. But still, come on, who even gives a shit. And yea, I wanted an ending where you actually save the universe, and don't either start some completely retarded biotech evolution or destroy the relays, essentially ending the galactic community and dooming countless colonies and billions of people to a slow death by the elements. Oh and seeing Tali's face would be neat too, not some cheap and effortless shoop of a image they found on google.

Yea, they're blowing it out of proportion. Like that shit about the full game costing over 800 USD, all due to some wanker failing at math and including every piece of merchandise ever, even stuff like the Liara figure that didn't even include DLC in the first place. But either way, I think it's a good bet that we'll get another ending in some future DLC. The rEApers love their money after all, and I'm sure they'll whip their indoctrinated developers into making whatever the fans cry for.

Characters and all were great, gameplay was decent enough, but the overall story had far too many blemishes to my liking. Could have been so much better if they'd spent some more time with it. The whole thing about the Earth somehow holding out for that long was pretty silly, and the endings were only marginally better than Deus Ex HR's. If they'd enabled you to have more control over your forces and maybe win without even using the crucible, it would have been a lot cooler. Also a ending option that doesn't involve some silly sacrifice and actually gives you some closure with all the characters would be cool.
