About Me

Fast aproaching 40.....ugh !!
Married and the proud father of two Jack Russel/Crossed with hairy things.....they are the stink hounds of hades :o)

A collector of classic Mini's and 70's Japanese muscle bikes, yeah I know one is sensible and safe and the other is a one way ticket to hospital.

Was brought up as a child on a diet of Steely Dan, The Eagles, 10cc, Supertramp and the like thanks to my big sister, then my brother got into music a few years later so was force fed the Punk era and then the late 70's and early 80's soul, R&B and disco. I then started exploring music in the 80's as a pimply yoof......the usual Ska stuff, then when I hit 16 I was "The Only Mod In The Village" listening to The Jam, The Who, Merton Parka's and countless other Mod revival bands.
Later in life I hit my 20's and then got sucked up into the 80's and 90's big hair rock scene, although never felt comfortable in spandtex :o)
In my early 30's I spent a lot of time in the northern states of the US freezing my giblets off and listening to Counting Crows, Gin Blossoms and other such country/rock crossover bands.
Now I'm an avid listener of XFM and really enjoying the current crop of bands they play on there.
The future ?....moving to Ireland soon so it will be a diet of "Diddly Dee" music and old repulican songs.....not my cup of tea being a Londoner born and bred.
Time will tell huh !

Well I moved a year ago....no bloody broadband !!!
Needless to say it will be very sporadic updates
