Delightful news from former Mazzy Star member Suki Ewers
3 Jul 2008, 11:00
Not only for me Mazzy Star is one of the most missed bands every. Their members seem to have the habit to vanish to spheres somewhere over the rainbow...BTW, what happened to Hope Sandoval & The Warm Inventions???? - miss her haunting voice...
About one year ago Suki Ewers announced the release of her solo album and .....well....
....A lot of fans asked themselves what happened to this release - unfortunately for quite a while it seemed this mystery might remain unsolved.
Finally Suki Ewers announced at her myspace that "Kind of Hazy" will be released 08-19-08 on mind expansion records.
Here are some infos about her:
Suki Ewers is former member of Opal and Mazzy Star. After performing for several years with Anemone Suki spent the last couple of years in the studio working with Joe Kennedy on her solo album "Kind Of Hazy".

Fuzz Review: Serial Dreams - Intense journey to the insight behind the hidden doors
11 Mar 2008, 17:45
When I read about WebOfDistress's "Serial Dreams" for the first time I thought, this is a bit too intellectual for me then.....I did let go and.....just one word to describe it: INTENSE While hearing you float into areas insight yourself that do hurt. But there is not only pain to discover.....the next moment you get your wings back and are uplifted to lighter places.Nothing more to say - just experience it!

Fuzz Review: My Favorite Mutiny - Perfect mornig - kick-ass!dance!jump!feelgood -…
11 Mar 2008, 16:34
I must admit I was addicted to Madonna's Hung Up - Since 2005 I couldn't start a day with out listening / jumpingupanddown/ dancing to this song. I am a terribly grumpy in the mornings. Need lots of coffee and good/load music to be able to transform into a good-humoured person you wanna meet. For some reason I will never understand, people and pets around me never shared my love for Hung Up. During my visits at my mom's flat her cat did fight hard to keep me from my jump-up-and-down Hung Up morning exercise.
Finally I found a cure for my addiction: My Favorite Mutiny ! Already tested it on my neighbors - no one complained so far.
This song is made to wipe off bad moods. Already on top of my "need to hear when I need to get in a better mood" - Spy-Sound-Retro-Pop playlist.
