I adore japanese screamo bands Envy and Heaven In Her Arms, and also screamo/sludge band Lhasa with only one split. But it's rather unusual style for japanese music scene. From j-rock I like Dir En Grey and The Gazette - I'm not discovering America here)

Come and learn how to sing a popular Anime song this Thursday night at a free online class. We will learn the Japanese vocabulary and grammar used in a song verse by verse and learn to sing it. If you are a Japanese native speaker, you can also benefit from this class as you will learn lots of English in the process. If you are daring enough, you can sing Karaoke towards the end of the class. Webcam and microphone are not necessary!
