    I've always had the idea EBM was more an Industrial-Gothic Pop, and Harsh electro was Electro music with harsh lyrics. That's just what I think of the genres, some bands get 'mis-tagged' but we all have different views on the specifics... Aggrotech to me wasn't distorted lyrics, but they were still 'angry' with angry electro.
