Fantasy music

Fantasy Music is closely related to orchestral Film Score music. Whereas the purpose of a film score is to set the mood accompanying visual scenery, Fantasy Music can be considered as a similar concept with sound only. In this sense it’s a highly narrative form of music, with “scenes” that are played out in almost theatrical fashion.
