    Doesn't 'electro metal' automatically give one the assumption that the bands aren't true raw metal bands but bands or artists with aspects of 'electro' and aspects of 'metal'?

    There is such thing as electro metal. Electro is not a another name for electronic music. Eletronica is a not another name for eletronic music. And techno is the name os eletronic genre not a another name for eletronic music. Calling eletronic music as techno is the same thing as calling metal as heavy metal, metal has more genres ohter than heavy metal, but many people call that.
