People always try to define this tag. But defining it as a musical genre usually brings with it limitations and boundries. Avant-Garde metal is just metalheads who try to push the boundries in whatever direction they like to. Starting out with Celtic Frost in the 80s, for years popping up all over the black metal scene, and today it leaves us with a beautifully diverse set of metal-artists. Why would you hate that?
