Art Punk
As the name implies, this music is that intersection where the spartan values and energy of punk rock meets the intelligence, ambition and futurism of art rock. Movements under the “art punk” umbrella include post-punk, post-hardcore, and post-punk revival among others, even though the identifier “art punk” is not as commonly used as those terms.
