Ambient

Ambient music is a musical genre in which sound is more important than notes. It is generally identifiable as being broadly atmospheric and environmental in nature. Ambient music evolved from early 20th century forms of semi-audible music, from the impressionism of Erik Satie, through “musique concrete” and the minimalism of Terry Riley and Philip Glass, and Brian Eno’s deliberate sub-audible approach. Moby is not an ambient artist in general, but ambient is one of 'styles' he uses. He even has an album called Ambient. So why not to tag him with ambient tag? Yes, you may consider me as "dumbass" because of me doing this tag so "overused", but I tag artists which have at least elements of tag, one doesn't have to have this style as main.
