aggrotech really =/= harsh ebm. Aggrotech is more techno influenced, with rhytm you can dance to. While harsh ebm is more like old ebm but with more distortion and noise. Just listen to early Velvet Acid Christ (harsh ebm) and Reaper (aggrotech). Some bands mix bot of these genres.

grendel sounds more like ebm-harsh ebm imo. aggrotech generally has heavier beats than harsh ebm. but who knows. there are like 1000 sub genres under electronic music
