  • hey, not my fault you guys make shit up.
  • <3
  • Nordicfags attack
  • it isn't really about geography, since geographically Denmark isn't part of Scandinavia (but northern Finland is). Denmark, Norway, and Sweden are far more similar culturally and linguistically than the rest of the Nordic countries, and so most Scandinavians don't recognize Finland, Greenland, or Iceland to be part of Scandinavia.
  • I don't agree with excluding Iceland in the definition of "scandinavian". It's a vast and cultural term and doesn't have to be strictly geographical.
  • don't change the description because people need to learn this shit.
  • love it
  • i love scandinavian music!
  • I love Scandinavian music, on the best in the world <3 and I listen to many of Finnish music and a little Swedish and Norwegian music, I love skandinavian languages and I like to look for new bands and artists form Scandinavia :) There is so many good and wonderful music...
  • "wow who knew scandanavian music was so awesome! " Everyone who has a good taste in music.
  • cool!
  • wow who knew scandanavian music was so awesome!
  • Scandinavia =/= Finland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Estonia, Latvia, Ireland, or literally any other country or territory you can think of besides Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. I thought this was common knowledge.
  • Denmark Norway and Sweden parts of scandinavia. !
  • Are you sure you have any knowledge what so ever about the history of the scandinavian countries, the scandinavian branch of the european languages, scandinavian cultural history from literature, the visual arts to - yes - music.... then yeah, Denmark is a part of scandinavia.
  • are you sure, that Denmark is Scandinavia? :O
  • @ killUwhnUslp there are plenty Swedish Viking/Folk metal bands, they aren't all black or death. Same goes from Progressive metal bands etc. Also you cannot automaticaly compare Sweden to Norway just because they both dabble in Black metal a lot. The music industry in Sweden is far larger than all of the Nordic countries and they've had success in basicaly most genres. Norway on the other hand has just begun to really venture out.
  • FIGHT!
  • Most mistagged tag is most mistagged.
  • do fuckin NOT tag finnish bands as scandinavian. NEVER.
  • Iceland hasn't been a part of Scandinavia since 1943 [2] oh thats right!!!
  • Ehhh, Finland was never part of Scandinavia and Iceland hasn't been a part of Scandinavia since 1943.
  • "Scandinavia = Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Not Finland, not Iceland. " lol >1
  • Scandinavia = Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Not Finland, not Iceland. @nothernwaste. most Scandinavian metal is black or death metal, why would anyone tag that as folk metal or viking metal?
  • The retards who listen to Scandinavian metal just tag it as "folk metal" or "viking metal' and call it good. :P
  • Wut? Where's the metul. D:
