Mariposa is renowned for its wide range of folk/roots artists, with 100+ performances of every kind on its 9 stages including music, dance and spoken word – but there’s lots more than that going on at Mariposa Folk Festival!

Roam Through the Artisans’ Village
We have an entire community of artisans nestled in the trees, displaying and selling their beautiful and unique hand-crafted works including jewelry, musical instruments, soaps, paintings, apparel, pottery, glass, carving, weaving, candles and much more.

Hand’s On Experiences
Mariposa believes in exposing people to ideas and experiences that will enable them to learn and grow. Participate in our popular interactive workshops, join a drum circle, make a craft, sing & play, write a song, dance, paint, hook a rug and more!

Ukulele-Building Workshops
Everything is provided including glue, simple tools and professional supervision. It’s easy, and you will have a quality instrument in about two hours. Make a trilele, soprano, alto, tenor, or baritone ukulele. Saturday and Sunday, 11:00-4:00. Space is limited, so come early.

Enjoy Our Pub Tent
Mariposa’s Pub Tent is a happening and lively place. Have a beer, cooler or glass of wine. Listen to the music on the Pub Tent stage or meet and chat with friends on the sidelines!

We Have Really Good Food
