is there some place where i can still get the audience recording mentioned earlier in the shoutbox? the links there seem to be all dead.
i really would like to have this music experience of the year as an audience record, thanks!
There were 14400 lights on the back panel and 1344 lights on the panels above the stage making a total of 15744 lights, I counted them all. If each light was covered by a 2L plastic bottle (as I was able to see) and if every member drank on average 2L per day, they (5 members) would empty the bottles in almost 9 years, but if you put the whole crew the time would be estimated at 2-3 years or so.
@babe1o: Of course, each had a different and unique experience. For example, the rainbow from the first day, but it is such a pity that wasn't their best show. There were also two different setlists, one had Climbing Up the Walls, 15 Step, Kid A and Like Spinning Plates, the other one had Airbag, The National Anthem, Planet Telex and Videotape. It's worth paying an extra 60 euro just for hearing 3 or 4 different songs. Even the tracklist from the second day was far below their show at Optimus in Portugal this summer (Lucky, Exit Music, Climbing Up the Walls, I Might Be Wrong), their performance was one of the best I've seen in my entire life (including all the videos, youtube clips I've seen until now). And that moment with Ful Stop was incredibly funny, but to be honest I doubt anybody would have noticed Jonny screwing up the notes if Yorke hadn't done anything :))
@miss-bliss; yep, i think i feel the same way ;)
@Dekkul; i also find 2nd show better, but it was a great idea to attend both shows coz they were different (even Thom was wearing different clothes :d). the situation with Jonny (during Ful Stop as i remember) funny and strange, but Thom might be more subtle ;)
