Thy Will Be Done are an American Heavy Metal Band hailing from Providence, RI. They've been acknowledged by both peers and press as a band that is defying metal sub-genres, playing metal with elements of hardcore, sludge, and thrash. Their 2007 debut release, “Was And Is To Come,” was released October 23 via Stillborn Records. Co-Produced, engineered and mixed by Zeuss (Shadows Fall, Whitechapel) with Jamey Jasta of Hatebreed as executive producer, the album features a guest vocal appearance by Jesse Leach (ex. Killswitch Engage) on the track “Preserving the Sacred”. The album debuted on Billboard's Heatseekers Chart at No.9. "Was And Is To Come" was also released in Japan on February 27, 2008 via Toy's Factory Records and features the bonus track “Bridged By Chaos”.

Their 2009 follow-up release, “In Ancient Of Days,” was released June 30 again through Stillborn Records and co-produced, engineered and mixed by Zeuss with Jamey Jasta as executive producer. The track, "And Fire Will Fall" stayed on SiriusXM satellite radio channel Liquid Metal's "Devil's Dozen" (a countdown of the Top 12 new metal songs of the week) for 15+ weeks peaking at the No.4 position. The European release features the bonus track “Mystery, Her Name”. An exclusive alternate version of the album is also available in the US through retailer Hot Topic which features the track “Becoming The Way”

Met with critical acclaim, Thy Will Be Done’s releases have garnered such accolades as “one of the more honest and complete debut releases of the year” and “38 minutes of resistance to current metal trends” by Metal Edge Magazine, and have been dubbed “Metal’s Next Heavyweight Champion” by Outburn Magazine.

Thy Will Be Done has been seen on tour with or supporting Machine Head, Lamb of God, DevilDriver, Amon Amarth, Crowbar, Arch Enemy, Hatebreed, Five Finger Death Punch, Kingdom of Sorrow, and Type O Negative just to name a few.
