  • Empire of Light ill admit underwhelmed me a bit but the Belong Betray EP was better, both are still good in my eyes but nothing tops off A Fragile Hope.
  • late dshs suck ass, early dshs kicked ass though. thrice are indefinitely awesome
  • Devil Sold His Soul are incredible and Caspian are good too
  • Caspian is as awesome as Thrice.
  • Devil sold his soul is a pretty cool emo/post-rock/post-hardcore band.
  • Oh what I would give to see Thrice and Brand New together in concert...
  • eh maybe i will give Moving Mountains another try since i only heard a few tracks by them, also Elliott and The Appleseed Cast were doing Post-Rock Emo long before Moving Mountains. also if were still going on about similar stuff to Thrice then VxV by Wolves At the Gate is like if Haste the Day or Oh Sleeper tried to recreate Vheissu.
  • I can agree with the arguments about Rise Against but bruh, give Moving Mountains another chance. They never made a bad album before disbanding and their debut album Pneuma in particular is easily the pinnacle of of the emo/post-rock hybrid sound that would become more and more popular during the years following its release. Super-personal album for me also, so I'm probably biased haha.
  • Endgame was way too clean-cut sounding for me, i remember when i first heard Help Is On the Way i cringed, it is more tolerable than The Black Market but thats like saying The Room is better than Birdemic. ive heard a few tracks by Moving Mountains and i just thought they were okay.
