You folks should check out the lyrics! The meaning of this song is fantastic because it aptly summarises the struggle that comes with eating disorders and dysmorphic perceptions. Furthermore, it's beautifully malevolent in it's characterisation of 'bulimiarexia', which is personified as a demonic, masculine entity that provokes the narrator's uncontrollable impulse to eat everything in sight, conscious about her weight the narrator details the process of purging the contents of her stomach via forced vomiting by sticking her fingers into her mouth. Plus, close to the end of the song, there is a part with the piano, which signals a glimmer of hope as Candace drowns out the monster's provocations, assuring herself "there is hope" and to "tell her[self] it's not too late".
Gotta love Eths - their lyrics are wonderfully dark.
