The reasons and self-specified rules for these reviews are to be read in the first and second review. At one point one has to stop repeating oneself too often. I will end this review with links to the previous ones, that will have to do. At least, it will do in my opinion, and since this is my journal, I feel like being right at the moment.
Horse Rotorvator. I guess this is (one of) my favourite Coil-albums. Everything fits. Originally released in 1986. The year of Depeche Mode's 'Black Celebration' album, the same year Einstürzende Neubauten let us listen to 'Halber Mensch' and the The released 'Infected'. But the year as well of the first PC-virus (brain), the visit of the Halley comet (I doubt that very much of us have witnessed that one before, or will do so a second time ;)) and Chernobyl...
A year I remember because of graduating from school, the first experiments with drugs and music. …
