  • The greatest album of the genre along with St Germain's Tourist, even though this one is more oriented toward ambient music whereas the latter toward house.
  • Definitely not idm.
  • Hard to believe it was made 17 years ago.
  • Killer percussion and sampling.
  • So good...
  • Is anyone curious HOW THE HELL DOES HE COME UP WITH THESE SONG TITLES?!
  • Trippy album.
  • Remember John Peel playing tracks off this album. Just the best.
  • I especially love the latter half of this album, the organic sounding DNB is absolutely incredible
  • Bizarrely, I only began treating my ears to this record – and Amon Tobin in general – around a month ago. This is peculiar because Tobin’s music proffers everything I’ve ever wanted: a reason not to get up to replace the Aphex Twin/Squarepusher record spinning on the turntable for one by Miles Davis or Ornette Coleman. This reason is that their spirit and vitality is united here in one album; that record is called Bricolage, and it may well be the finest I’ve ever heard. I’ll come back on that one once I’ve had time to tire of it. Most of his other records appear to be almost as fantastic too.
