This month, Brooklyn's heavy bass champions TROUBLE & BASS return with a special party versus Los Angeles' ripping young imprint BODY HIGH, run by T&B alumnus SAMO SOUNDBOY alongside Jerome from LOL Boys. Only six releases in, this psychedelic ghetto house label has already established itself as one to watch with records from DJ Funeral, Myrryrs, and garage don Todd Edwards, killer parties at SXSW & WMC, and even soundtracking an Alexander Wang fashion show. Tonight, we drop it down low with the bad-ass bass stylings of label head SAMO SOUNDBOY plus a severe assquaking from New Jersey club kings DJ SLIINK and NADUS, alongside T&B residents STAR EYES & THE CAPTAIN at The Barbary in Philly, PA

** T&B vs. BODY HIGH ALL-STAR LINE-UP **
SAMO SOUNDBOY (Body High, LA)
A love of crunk, Chicago house, pirate radio, Los Angeles, and body surfing informs Samo's sexy and sensual take on straight-up rave bangers. On T&B releases "Rattlesnake" and "Shuffle Code" gets tropical for the massive, while his DJ Dodger Stadium alias is heavy-hitting cholo house designed to rock your Nike Cortez. Coming off killer sets at music festivals from here to forever, Samo surfs the Body High wave to NYC for this special set.
SLIINK (Body High/Mad Decent, NJ)
The man set it off with his Vibrate EP for Body High, but whether he's sampling cellphones and fire alarms or doing Jersey club re-rubs of the latest rap tracks, Sliink tracks instantly set the club on fire. His sets are no different so prepare to get your booty bounced.
NADUS (Brick Bandits, NJ)
With remixes out on Fade to Mind, T&A, and Fool's Gold, Brick Bandits' young gun Nadus is definitely on the come-up, with a pounding style that mixes juke, moombahton, and dubstep with the club sounds of his native Newark. Pow pow.
